My name is Mazden,
and I am your new virtual assistant. It’s so nice to meet you!
How did I get started?
I stumbled into the world of Virtual Assistance after really taking a look at my passions and turning those into a career.
I had worked in numerous customer service roles and had just started another, this one with a bit more administrative work involved. After realizing that while I am skilled at customer service, I really didn’t enjoy what all it entailed. Instead, I found that I absolutely LOVED doing administrative tasks.
I’m a planner at heart. I love to create bullet journals, budget out each penny of my paycheck, organize/categorize things into different folders, and the list can go on!
I ultimately took a look at those skills and said, “How can I turn THAT into a business?” Then I stumbled across Virtual Assistants and the rest is history!

For starters, I am based in the live music capital in the world: Austin, TX! I’m a huge fan of live music and being here, there is no shortage. I live here with my wonderful partner and we absolutely love it.
In my free time, you can find me crocheting, watching YouTube videos, reading anything involving literary fiction or magical realism, and, of course, writing in my journals & planners.
Besides all that, I am a very empathetic person and genuinely care about my clients’ businesses and want you to succeed. My goal is to take these tasks off of your hands and give you time back to doing what you love.
